Editing Course Statuses

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the Training Management section, click Course Status.
    Result: The Course Statuses list window is displayed.
  3. Check the checkbox of the status to be edited. Click Action > Edit.
    Result: The Course Status edit window is displayed.
  4. Edit the name and/or the primary status of the course status. If the Primary Status is Inworks, the status will be before the course becomes Current. If the Primary Status is Current, the status will be after the course is made Current and before expiration.
  5. Click the Save button.
    Result: The course status has been edited.
